100 luxury rooms and junior suites are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Each room is furnished with hand carved, mahogany, 4 poster, king size or two double beds, international  direct dial telephone, clock radio, mini fridge, marble floor throughout, en suite bathroom with tub and shower, marble vanity and  hair-dryer.  All rooms face the sea and have a balcony or terrace. Room size is consistent throughout the resort; categories differ by location and view.   Rooms on the top floor of all categories have cathedral ceilings.

Room descriptions:  

• Luxury Ocean Front Junior Suites - Located on the end of a three story building, adjacent to the sea, with partial pool/beach/ocean view, close to the main hotel complex. Rooms have a sitting area with bay window, pull-out sofa bed and connect to a Luxury Ocean Front room.
• Luxury Full Ocean View Junior Suites - Located on a hill, on the end of the second and third floors of a three story building, set behind the Ocean Front block of rooms, with unrestricted ocean view. Rooms have a sitting area with bay window and pull-out sofa bed.
• Luxury Ocean Front Rooms -Located in a three/four story building, adjacent to the sea, with beach or panoramic ocean view.
• Luxury Ocean View Rooms - Located on a hill in a three story building, set behind the Ocean Front block of rooms with unrestricted ocean view. Not suitable for persons with walking disabilities.

Meals at LaSource are a truly personal experience - eat as little or as much as you want.  Cuisine LaSOURCE is globally influenced and designed for healthy eating without sacrificing great taste. It takes its inspiration from many light and healthy, contemporary styles of cooking and adaptations of traditional dishes from around the world.

Start your day on the verandah of the Great House Restaurant overlooking the city of St.George's with a view of the mountains in the distance; enjoy an omelet made to order, or fresh tropical fruit and home-baked breads and pastries. The themed lunch buffet changes daily with specialty items such as Mediterranean and Oriental delicacies. Dinner is à la carte, including deliciously lighter menu options, and two nights each week, Caribbean and Barbecue buffets are served in the Terrace Restaurant.

Specialized meals are also available on request for vegetarian, vegan, low cholesterol and low salt diets. Simply advise our restaurant manager when you arrive and our team of chefs will work to pamper your pallet, while recognizing specialized dietary requirements.

Dress code in the dining room is relaxed - during the day, guests are asked to wear shoes and cover ups over dry swim suits. At dinner, casual elegance is the order and guests are requested not to wear jeans, shorts or T-shirts.


BARS

• Beach and pool service is available daily to ensure total relaxation. Along with an abundant supply of beach chairs, flags are issued to guests wishing to sun near the sea. Simply plant your flag in the sand when you are ready for your next beverage Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Terrace Bar Offering full bar service daily as well as board games & table tennis. Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.
• Piano Bar Our resident pianist entertains guests with melodies on the Baby Grand piano nightly - you can sing along or simply observe! Open until the last guest retires.

ENTERTAINMENT

At LaSOURCE the sounds of dinner music fill the air for your listening pleasure - from steel band to rhythmic calypso, the Caribbean sounds come alive.


MANAGER'S COCKTAIL PARTY

Each Tuesday evening, guests at the resort are invited by the General Manager and his senior staff to attend a cocktail party.
