- Junior Suites: Located at the Mediterranean-Style Pond Bay House. Each room features spacious sitting and bedroom areas complete with Queen Anne-like furniture, four-poster bed, Caribbean art, plush cushions, writing desk and tables, terrace and an ocean view. Unique in decor, each suite reflects a special charm and elegance of its own.
Superior Junior Suites: Located on the ground floor of Pond Bay House on
the northern edge of the hotel and four of the Rondavels toward the western
side of the hotel, these mini-suites offer a luxurious setting for your
romantic days and nights. In addition to a private patio or balcony and ocean
views, four of the rondavel rooms offer a separate sitting room area. Features
also include an oversized bathroom with twin basins, louvered windows and
doors, large closets, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and exquisite art.
Deluxe Junior Suites: Located in the vicinity of Pond Bay House, these
expansive, suites offer the ultimate in comfort and privacy for your days and
nights on Long Island. Newly renovated, you will receive many of the same
amenities as the junior suites but with opulence and elegance. Exquisite
fabrics and drapes, Caribbean and other high-quality art, and the finest
furniture decorate each sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom. Breathtaking
views of the Caribbean Sea can be seen from your private terrace...so relax
and enjoy natures beauty.
Villas: Specially designed for maximum ocean views and creating
an indoor/outdoor living experience, these two and three bedroom villas are
the ultimate in luxurious accommodations. Each villa features multi-level
rooms with a large open kitchen on the upper level, and a living room that
opens onto the magnificent terrace.

Hill Villa: The Harbor Hill Villa feature its own plunge pool. Imagine
yourself enjoying cocktails on the terrace as you watch the sunset or having
an elegant dinner inside, we can make this possible for you.
- Harbor View Villa: The Harbor View Villas are right on the waters edge and each villa is decorated in the most unique and elegant furniture and furnishing. Perfect for the two of you or join us with your family and friends to make your vacation truly memorable.
Private Villas: These one to six bedroom villas vary in location, view,
and decor, but created for the most discerning traveler. Each private villa is
fully furnished with a sitting room, kitchen, and terrace. Whether you prefer
the pool or beach, we have a private villa just for you.
