The DOÑA ISABEL HACIENDA is a beautiful building that recreates a 16th-century Mexican hacienda.

With murals of hand-painted tropical fruits, the "La Rancherita" disco is night-spot for the hotel's own guests and other visitors. Themed parties and contests are organized.

A shop in the lobby offers guests a variety of beach clothes, sun lotions, small gifts and the chance to buy any essential they've forgotten to pack.

A wide variety of shops makes the Doña Isabel Hacienda the perfect complement for days spent sunbathing on the beach: boutique, silversmith's, jeweler's, music, beach clothes, souvenir shops, photo shop, florist's, car rental, medical services, hairdresser's and massages, restaurants and bars.

The hotel offers the facilities of a Mini-Club called "Principito" for the enjoyment and healthy entertainment of children, located near to the amphitheatre, very near the central swimming-pool. It has furniture designed with children in mind, mini baths and a wide variety of games and activities. The entire area is properly closed off for the children's safety and has shaded areas to protect them from the Caribbean sun. Our monitors talk several languages.

The club also organizes evening activities including a children's show. Use of the children's club is subject to specific rules that parents must respect to guarantee their children's complete safety.

GOLF

Take the opportunity to practice your favorite sport in the beautiful countryside surrounding the two courses near the hotel: the nine-hole Puerto Aventuras, par 36; and 18-hole Playacar golf course, par 72.

Playacar golf course, designed by Robert Van Haage, is located 40 miles to the South of Cancún in the Tulum corridor. It is surrounded by the exuberant Mayan jungle, in the interior of which can be found ruins and subterranean rivers (known as "cenotes"). It is characterized by long, wide fairways and rolling greens protected by enormous white sand bunkers. Golfers who like a challenge cannot afford to miss this wonderful course.

The hotel offers the possibility of reserving golf packages at both courses by contacting the Public Relations Department located in the lobby.

SPA

The new MARINE SPA health and beauty centre is at one end of the hotel, next to the beach. This centre has three massage and treatment rooms, two saunas (one for men and the other for women), two Jacuzzis with wonderful sea views (one hot and the other cold) and a fully-equipped gymnasium, also with sea views.

The services are completed with two beautiful palm shelters on the beachfront where you can either enjoy relaxing massages or change your image by wearing typical Caribbean plaits in your hair.
