Location: Round Hill is on a 100 acre peninsula in Hanover Parish, Jamaica, overlooking the private beach and Round Hill bay. The city of Montego Bay and Sangsters International Airport is 12 kilometers or 25 minutes drive east of the resort.

The pineapple house comprises of 36 ocean front hotel rooms, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All Pineapple house rooms have large louvered windows which fold back to take full advantage of the view. There are king-sized beds in 20 room sand the remainder have twin beds. All have private bathrooms, with a tub and shower, telephones, refrigerators, umbrellas, bathrobes, small coffee machines and blow driers. Our freshwater swimming pool is located at the edge of the sea, adjacent to the Pineapple House. Some rooms do have connecting doors (one room with king bed and one with twin beds)

Superior Oceanfront Room - Ground floor. Recently refurbished; blue and white stripe fabrics with mahogany and wicker furnishings.

Deluxe Oceanfront Room - Second floor. All second floor room have cathedral ceiling with shingle roof and ceiling fan. Recently refurbished; blue or aqua "Toile de Jouye". It blends the light colors and rich woods with a tropical plantation flavor.

Superior Villa Suite - A suite located in a villa without pool, consisting of bedroom, living room (enclosed or semi enclosed) garden and/or verandah.

Deluxe Villa Suite - A suite in a villa with pool, consisting of bedroom, living room (enclosed or semi enclosed) garden and/or verandah. Shared pool deck.
Master Villa Suite - An extra large suite in a villa with pool, consisting of bedroom, living room (enclosed or semi enclosed) garden and/or verandah.
Please note:
The above suites are located in two, three or four bedroom villas of which each has a kitchen. The kitchen facility is used by the cook and housekeepers in order to prepare breakfast which is served in privacy at you verandah, in your suite or garden area. All suites do have private entrance and living room/verandah area. Deluxe and Master Villa Suites share swimming pool with one other suite.

Complete Villas/Cottages - 2, 3 bedroom villas/cottages with or without pool; 4 bedroom villas with pool on nightly or weekly rates available.
Villas/cottages are beautifully decorated by individual owners to Round Hill's standard. You may find wicker, mahogany or bamboo furniture, slip covers and beautiful tile floors. Bedrooms may be closed off and air-conditioned. Living rooms convey very light, Caribbean feel with trade winds passing through it. All villas/cottages face west and enjoy fabulous views and sunsets.

BREAKFAST: Those guests staying in the Pineapple House have the options of room service or dining at the upstairs dining terrace. Guests in the Villa suites may fill out a breakfast form the day before with their breakfast selections and indicate the time they would like to be served.
LUNCH: Served from 12:30pm to 2:30pm on the main patio, the lower seaside terrace.
DINNER: Served from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Children's meal can be served from 6:00pm Dress: informal at all times during the day. Luncheon attire is casual, as well as that of Monday evening Beach Party. Evening attire for the rest of the week is smart casual. No shorts, sandals or T-shirts after 7:00pm
Room Service: Breakfast - 7:30am to 10:30am, Lunch - 12:30pm to 2:30pm, Dinner - 7:30pm to 9:30pm

Entertainment: There is a program of evening entertainment featuring our resident band and top local performing artists. Piano and Calypso music is played for you from 7:00pm to 8:00pm for cocktails in the Cocktail Bar.

Monday: Welcome-Rum Punch, donkey rides for children, barbeque buffet and a bonfire on the beach, cozy atmosphere with Calypso music and steel band (in winter season).

Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday: A-la-carte dinner is served on the lower seaside terrace, afterwards dancing on the bar terrace with the hotel band (in winter season).

Wednesday: A-la-carte dinner, Reggae Band and Pianist will entertain.

Friday: Jamaica Night - On the bar terrace, featuring a bountiful buffet, all Jamaican specialties, Calypso Music and an exiting Jamaican folklore performance by a local folk group after dinner (in winter season).

Saturday: Gala Dinner Dance - A formal evening of dining and dancing on the bar terrace.

Fishing Trips and Yacht Charters: Arrangements for deep-sea fishing or yacht charters will be organized by the front desk or bell desk. All boat or yachts will leave from Round Hill's private pier.

Fitness Center: Our fitness instructor is available from Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Stretch classes, muscle toning, step aerobics, treadmill, rowing-boat and a step master are available in the Hanover Room. This is a complimentary facility to all of our guests.

Golf: Golf is available at the famous Tryall golf course, less than 10 minutes away. Complimentary transportation to and from Tryall. Tee times must be booked in advance through the front desk.

Horse-Back Riding: Arrangements can be made through the front desk.

Jogging and Walking Path: There is a lovely path to the other bayside of Round Hill, information is available at the bell desk or front desk.

Library: Several books in English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese languages are available for our guests convenience. Please return books after reading.

Newspaper: A complimentary copy of "The Daily Gleaner", Jamaica's daily paper will be delivered to each room. The "New York Times", "Financial Times", and "Wall Street Journal" are available upon arrangements with the bell desk.

Massages: Massages are available in your room or villa suite. Please contact "Bunty's Cottage", the wellness center.

Nature-Garden Walk: Our head gardener, will meet guests every Friday afternoon to guide you through our well kept gardens.

Scuba Diving: Our watersports team is offering resort courses and certification courses.

Tennis: The use of Round Hill's all weather courts is complimentary to all guests. Lessons can be arranged by calling the Tennis Shop. Reservations are requested up to one day in advance. Doubles have priority over singles. Proper tennis attire (white preferred) including tennis shoes must be worn. Gentlemen must wear shirts. If you are interested in meeting other players, mixed doubles or round robins, there is a sign-up sheet on the tennis notice board or you can contact the tennis pro. The two upper courts are lighted until 8:00pm for evening play. Complimentary tennis racquets are available for use by the guests.

Watersports: The Watersports Team offers a wide range of activities including snorkeling tours, rafts, pedal boats, glass bottom boat, water-skiing and diving lessons are available. Equipment rentals are coordinated from the Gazebo below the terrace between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
