Couples is in a quite part of the coast with it's own private Au Natural island just off shore ( 200 yards ). This is an extremely romantic resort for adult couples only! No children. No exceptions. Couples Ocho Rios Dining, Dancing, & Drinking
Continental breakfast in bed. 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM. Fill out card and leave on door handle by 1:00 AM the night before.Elegant breakfast and lunch buffets at The Patio Restaurant. Open Air and located by the main pool. Breakfast 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM -Continental breakfast served 5:00 AM- 7:00 AM & 10:30 AM- 11:00 AM. Lunch 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Gourmet Dining at five award-winning restaurants: Free wine also served at lunch and dinner.
4-Bars including an intimate piano bar, all serving premium brand liquors and your favorite concoctions. Main Bar open 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Piano Bar 6:30 PM till the last person retires.
- Le Gourmet, for fine French cuisine, air conditioned and located in the Main building, 2- 6 persons per table from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM -Dress Code: Elegant: Slacks (no jeans), shirts, shoes, jackets recommended;
- The Verandah, a bistro serving delicious Continental and Caribbean fare. Located in the Main building, some seat with an oceanview. 2-8 persons per table from 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM- Dress code: casually elegant- Tailored shorts, polo shirts, shoes.
- Bayside, a unique pasta restaurant set over the rhythmic Jamaican surf. Located on the North East side of the property over the water.2-8 persons per table from 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM.
- The Beach Grill Terrace, featuring beach-front snacks ( Hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ chicken and other tasty treats.).11:00 AM - 5:00 PM . From 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM dinner is served. Swimwear during the day and casual for dinner.
- Calabash Cafe, featuring Jamaican cuisine. Open Air. Located by the main pool. 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Dress code: casual.
Nightly entertainment. Resident band nightly and a variety of live entertainment. Wednesday night beach party, Sunday evening Jazz session poolside.

Couples Ocho Rios Watersports & Landsports
Equipment and instruction provided.
- Scuba Diving - 3 dives per day. All divers are
escorted by trained "Dive" professionals.
- 9:00 AM Certified divers only 60-100 ft (3-minute safety stop at 15 ft.)
- 12:00 Noon - Resort Dive 20-60 feet.
- 2:00 PM Anyone Dive 40-60 feet.
- 100 foot wall dive by certified divers only -once per week; 2 wreck dives available upon request - a 140 foot ship in 60 feet of water near San Souci and a 110 foot ship at 56 feet of water near Boscobel Beach. New divers will be taken to a shallow reef 25 - 60 feet near Ocho Rios.
- All Couples guest are guaranteed one dive per day and two if space permits, weather permitting.
- All divers must obtain a diving medical certificate from their doctor.
- If you are certified, please bring an International "C" Card or certificate from an internationally recognized dive school. If you are not certified, you will be required to pass a swimming test and you must have a Diving Medical Certificate. ( You can bring this certificate from your doctor or one can be arranged for a modest charge at the resort. )
- All necessary equipment is provided complimentary: Sherwood regulators, & BCD's, Dacor BCD's, 80 Cu. Ft. tanks filled to 3000PSI, Graphite full fins, Boat 28 foot Seascrip, 175 HP outboard engine, tank racks, 10 diver maximum.
- Free Resort Course 9:00 AM Monday - Saturday, Swim test required, Two hour lessons, Dive the following day.
- PADI Certification in 3 half-day sessions plus pool training available for additional cost.
- Snorkeling, 4- trips 11:00 AM, 12:00 noon, 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. (Will do more upon request.) Taken to reef 300 feet from shore. reef extends along most North Coast.
- Water-skiing, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM-done in a cove at the East end of the property. Each trip is for as long as the guest desires unless others are waiting, then it is limited to about 10 minutes.
- Windsurfing, Canoeing, Water-trikes, - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Hobie Cat (staff operated only) 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Couples will provide, at no additional cost, Air shuttle transfers from Ocho Rios to Negril, a 45 minute flight instead of a 3½ hour drive.
